- Seriously? Why do you still put out shower caps? Does anyone still use these? How about providing us with something we might actually use.
- If you have a kitchen area, you should provide some type of cutlery/dishware in the room, so we don't have to go downstairs to the breakfast area to get it.
- Obey your own rules. I see so many signs that are not true. "We will only replace towels left on the floor." "This door is locked from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Please use card to enter door." (in this case either the door doesn't work at all or it is never locked) "We will only change your sheets every three nights of your stay."
- Do you really have to take up the entire hallway during the day with three cleaning carts?
- Clean the rooms better. I have never stayed in a truly clean hotel room. I just think dirty tools are used and it just spreads the gross.
- I don't want to go to the mall. Every time I ask the front desk if there is anything to do nearby I am always referred to the mall.
